The building, at 63,000 square foot, was very much a product of its era, a 1970’s angular, concrete structure. The design team has successfully reinvented Alexander House, reconfiguring the floor space and introducing modern features and functionality. The scheme was quickly tenanted by a young demographic who were immediately attracted to the building, the location and its features.

The large, imposing structure sits on the doorstep of Trafford Cricket Ground and University Academy 92. The nearest metrolink tram stop is a two minute walk away and travel into Manchester takes less than 15 minutes.
